“Several years ago, I built a house in Martin County on Hutchinson Island as an owner with McNab Construction, Inc., as the general contractor. The cost of the house was $750,000. McNab Construction, Inc., handled all phases of construction from lot clearing to landscaping. Mr. McNab obtained all the materials based upon his credit, coordinated the labor, and paid all of his subs promptly. I was very impressed with his expertise and his construction scheduling. My house was a particularly difficult one because it was built on the ocean requiring 175-mile an hour wind shear factor. It is a three-story house and was designed with a complicated bar-joust system involving poured concrete floors on all levels. I was very pleased with Mr. McNab’s professionalism and expertise.”
