Resident Reviews

Cedar Heights truly offers the best of both worlds. The feeling of being removed yet so close to all of the areas amenities has been incredible. Not to mention the unparalleled mountain and city views that I can experience from my backyard or anywhere in the subdivision. We have met some incredible neighbors and friends here and look forward to years to come.”

“The reason I like Cedar Heights can be expressed in one word: Solitude.
-We are totally insulated from the sounds of the city. I sit on my deck surrounded by near-silence, broken only by the sounds of the birds and the breeze rustling through the trees.
-When the nearby public trails in Garden of the Gods or Red Rock Open Space are filled with people, dogs, and horses, I can wander for a couple hours on the private trails in Cedar Heights without seeing another soul, losing myself in quiet contemplation, simply enjoying the quiet outdoors.”

“We are newcomers to the Cedar Heights community, but we love the neighborhood, the views, wildlife, and friendly inviting neighbors thus far. Cedar Heights is a one of a kind neighborhood, where you can feel safe living in a private community, while enjoying living in the mountains overlooking the city night lights and other views but still be so close to everything the city has to offer.”
 Tom & Melissa Ford

“The thing we love about Cedar Heights is the quiet while sitting on our deck looking at the beautiful view of Pikes Peak. We also enjoy the wildlife – the deer, fawns, bear, rabbits, chipmunks and birds. We also think our group of gate guards are the best ever.”

“Cedar Heights is why people live in Colorado. Incredible location with the mountains, seeing Pikes Peak everyday!! The neighborhood is perfectly located to give you the mountain feel, great hiking right out your back door. Yet only minutes from downtown Colorado Springs. The serene lifestyle is wonderful. Would not want to live anywhere else in Colorado Springs!”

“My husband and I moved to Stonebridge at Cedar Heights ten years ago. While our home was being built, we got to know our Stonebridge neighbors. We soon became close friends who can rely on each other. We continue to meet for dinner and enjoy special outings to plays, movies, etc. We have enjoyed volunteering within Cedar Heights and getting to know our neighbors outside of Stonebridge as well. We have loved living in Cedar Heights. We are still in awe every day looking at the beautiful mountains, Pikes Peak and the city views.
Cedar Heights not only offers a secure place to live with our conscientious guards but also gorgeous views and a wonderful sense of community.”
